Q:Can you preserve the records, defects, time, parameter setting of previous testing?

A:Yes. All testing data are preserved when we test our software design.
      
History records include parameters, time, test range, software version, and resolution.

Q:We can simply inspect films by eyes, why do you use a film/glass mask inspection system?

A:Good film quality increases product quality and yield, decreases
       bad solder and waste, because human eye testing often misses numerous defects on       films like broken line, pin hole, scratch, circuit nick,  protrusions, dirt, water stain
      shade,
etc.
So checking by film/glass mask inspection system is very common in the
      field.

Q:What is the principle of film/glass mask inspection system for inspecting films?

A:1. Taking back light as inspecting light source.
      
2. Using DRC to inspect irregular and failure of line width/space width on the circuit.
      
3. DX3.5

Q:What is the design rule check (DRC)?

A: 1. Guaranteeing to inspect irregular circuit like dirt, scratch by DRC.
       
2. Ignored Model Verify which established same shapes to ignore Net. and angles on
            the circuit.

Using DRC & Ignored model verify to avoid fake spots and sharp angles.

Q:What is Net. comparison?

A:To compare the original data from customers with CAM data for processing needs.
       To ensure the Net. data won't cause faults by human negligence. We aim to inspect
       the circuit whether there is open, short, miss, particles.

Q:What is the difference between DX3.0 and DX3.5?

A:1. DX3.0 only includes DRC and general measurement functions.
      
2. DX3.5 includes the functions of DX3.0 besides adding data reference system and
            Net. comparison.  It can measure films which is shrunk or not with long distance
            measurement.

Q:What is the maximum inspecting magnification?

A:The magnification of lens is 0.8~5.0X. The resolution is 1 .5~9um.

Q:What's the unique and emphatic functions of the machine at present?

A:1. Without Gerber file and accurate positioning, DRC  can also  inspect defects.
       2. Ignored Model Verify can ignored spots and sharp angles to avoid fake defects.

Q:What's the min. space/line width of inspecting?

A:The min. space/line width of TSL-FVT-DX3.0/3.5 is 15um/0.6mil.

Q:How to mark while inspecting defects?

A:1. Marking box with different color to show various defects.
       2. Adjust fonts and marking box by parameter setting.

Q:How many defect sheets can be stored?

A:1. DX3.0: RAM = 6000 frames (above); HDD= 60000 frames.
      
2. DX3.5: RAM= 6000 frames (above); HDD= 60000 frames.

Q:What is the maximum effective range of inspecting?

A:Maximum platform is 794*679mm(31.2*26.7inch)
       Inspection area is 710*580mm(27.9*22.8inch).

QHow to set magnification?

A:Please take our recommendable magnification as reference in our program. After
       selecting magnification, please adjust resolution firstly.

QHow to set inspecting parameter?

A:After adjusting magnification, system will auto calculate a parameter for using. Then
       you can adjust parameter in detail.

Q:Is the measurement function available?

A:Yes. We provide round, square, space width/line width. Long distance measurement
       can be selected as assistant function in DX 3.0.

Q:What is the PAD and P/S measurement pixel?

A:The measure error= ±1(pixel).

Q:Does the film/glass mask inspection system offer position function?

A:Yes. We provide laser indicator  for positioning conveniently. It's easy to find out the
        capturing images of lens.

Q:Which method does data reference provide? die to die or die to data?
       If it provides die to data, do we need to concern about the problem of film shrinking?

A:Using die to data function needs to concern the problem of film shrunk.

Q:What's voltage for using?

A:We provide AC 110V. AC 220V is for China or other countries. We will provide a    
       constant voltage regulator in other countries.

Q:Why do you use dual HDD?

A:To make sure that machine won't be shut down by accident. We backup system and
        test program in dual HDD.

Q:What's the focus method of lens?

A:Using manual system to adjust focal.

Q:What's the ignored model verify and the main purpose for?

A:Ignored Model Verify can ignored spots and sharp angles to avoid fake defects.

Q:What's the meaning of display value while inspecting defects?

A:The value stands for pixel. Different magnification will cause different pixel which can
       calculate various units by program.

Q: What's the life span of xenon bulb?

A:The life span is about 3 to 6 months in resolution<8.3um generally.

Q:How to adjust resolution?

A:It can calculate the accurate resolution by moving of lens and save several captured
       images.

Q:What is the data reference system?

A:Data reference mode adopts the function of die to data to compare. To compare the
       prompt image with work data. We emphasized that lost PAD on the film; image
       shifted and the change of image size. Furthermore DRC could be performed in the
       same time.

Q:What is the work station of data reference mode?

A:Work station of data reference mode is  for pre-processing before comparing Gerber
       data. It can work independently.

Q:Is there any functions which can avoid some unique shapes, frames, texts while inspecting?

A:We develop the function of ignored model verify, ignored blank area, non-inspection
       which can ignore unique shape, circuit to inspect.

Q:How to mark the defects after finishing inspecting?

A:DX3.0 and DX3.5 both includes mark stamping function. The red ink of stamping
       mark is for silver halide film.  The blue ink of stamping mark is for diazo film.

Q:How long is the warranty period after purchasing new machine? Will the software keep   
       updating?

A:Our warranty is 1 year. In the warranty period, we will keep updating our software to
       protect the customer's rights. We
will be encouraged because of your support.

Q:How many formats can be read by work station?

A:We can read ODB++、Gerber data (RS274) format, etc. We develop software by
      ourselves.ODB++  is the main stream in the field.
We have invested quite resource for
      developing ODB++ and made its compatibility perfectly.

Q:If film/glass mask inspection system can only use DRC function without data reference mode?

A:Yes.
       1. Both DRC and data reference are isolated inspection system. DRC inspected
           small particles like scratch, dirt.... etc.
       2.
Data reference emphasized that lost PAD on the film; image shift and the change of
           image size.

Q:Will there be many fake defects which would bother operators while inspecting?

A:No. By our parameter setting, the system will skip and delete various  fake defects
       which you think. The system only remain the true defects  to advance
efficiency.

Q:Can you create the file of the defect results for further check while inspecting?

A:Absolutely.
       Before scanning, you can create the file name freely. In accompany with large
       capacity of HDD, you can check scanned films anytime.

Q:Does the inspecting stop by accident or restrict because of too much defects while
       inspecting film?

A:Please don't worry. We can store the defects over 6000 frames or more by our
      system which has already surpassed inspecting standard.
You don’t need to worry  
     
about that if you use our equipment.
